When I decided to go into real estate, it was with the sole purpose of helping friends realize their dreams. As a realtor, I have worked hard to gain a solid knowledge base in residential homes and land acquisitions. I’ve guided first-time homebuyers, negotiated commercial leases and land acquisitions, and assisted with residential purchases for both investors and personal homeowners in Edmond, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Lawton, and the surrounding areas. My goal is to navigate all negotiations with integrity and clarity as we work towards your dream. I bring to the table not only the skill required, but also the heart. I am a mom of four, wife of more than 20 years, business owner, and an avid learner. I know life can be full and that real estate transactions can be an emotional roller coaster. I’m a dedicated realtor in the Edmond/Oklahoma City area. I’m passionate about helping families and individuals find the perfect place to call home. With a husband who keeps me grounded and four kids who keep me on my toes, I know firsthand that a home isn’t just about square footage; it’s about creating a space where memories are made. I am a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City and have been in the real estate industry for more than 50 years. I no longer actively list and sell property, because I have the pleasure of being the Managing Broker for the extraordinary group of professionals who make up Collection 7 Realty. I couldn’t be more proud than to have been a part of Niki McClain’s vision to open a real estate company. I grew up in Ojai, California, and moved to Oklahoma in 2008, where I graduated from UCO. I’ve been in real estate since 2017. I’m married with three kids and an adorable grandchild. We have two blue heelers and chickens too. I love Jesus, cooking, baking, reading books, taking care of my family, and being a soccer mom. I’m passionate about people and absolutely love my job. Collection 7 is the only brokerage that has felt like home because I work with the most caring, God-centered people.

My real estate journey began in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I was born and raised. My family's move to Oklahoma during my youth opened my eyes to the incredible sense of community here, especially in my high school town of Bethel Acres. I deepened my ties to the state by earning my degree in business with a major in finance from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the value of home, community, and financial wisdom. My passion for real estate is built on a foundation of over 30 years in marketing and sales. I had a pivotal "aha moment” in the early 1990s while working in banking in Florida. I won a 7-state marketing contest by helping clients understand the benefits of new accounts, which taught me the power of effective communication and building trust. That experience solidified my passion for helping people understand the strengths of a product or service. I love that, in real estate, I get to use those skills every day to serve my clients and guide them through one of the most significant transactions of their lives. When I joined the Collection 7 Realty team, I knew I had found a home. This brokerage is a true reflection of its Christian-based principles. It’s a business built on a foundation of genuine care for one another. We’re a boutique brokerage with a huge heart, and we’re committed to loving on others and helping each other out. I began my journey in real estate investing back in 2017. Along the way, I’ve gained first-hand experience in multiple corners of the business, from evaluating investments to navigating transactions. Over the years, I’ve had the unique opportunity to live and be involved in real estate across Wyoming, North Dakota, Texas, and Oklahoma. Each market taught me something new. Whether it was how to spot value in a challenging environment or how to maximize returns in high-demand areas, those lessons shaped the way I approach real estate today: with a balance of investor-minded strategy and client-focused care. I grew up in western New York and married my high school sweetheart, whose Navy career gave us the opportunity to live in several states. Experiencing the challenges of moving often—and starting fresh in new communities—sparked my passion for real estate and helping others through those same transitions. As a realtor, I put my full heart into every client I serve. Whether it’s guiding a first-time buyer, supporting a military family, or helping someone find their forever home, I’m committed to making the process smooth, stress-free, and rewarding. My clients know I never give up on them and always go the extra mile to make sure they feel supported every step of the way. One of my favorite traditions is our annual client appreciation event, which has grown into a special family tradition for many of the people I’ve had the honor to serve.

As a proud military spouse with over 20 years of experience as a small business owner, I bring personal understanding and professional expertise to the real estate journey. My passion for this work began when my family purchased a home in Oklahoma while we were living in California. Walking through that process opened my eyes to how overwhelming a move can be and how much it means to have a realtor who truly understands both the market and the heart behind a relocation. As a broker associate, I have the privilege of not only helping clients, but also supporting fellow agents as they grow in their own businesses. I was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma. I’m a proud Air Force veteran now working full-time in the oil and gas industry and part time in real estate. I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: buying a home. With hands-on experience and a keen eye for value, I enjoy guiding clients with practical insight and honest advice. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me hunting, fishing, working on carpentry projects, or smoking meat. I take pride in hard work, integrity, loyalty, and staying true to my Oklahoma roots. I’m a born-and-raised Oklahoma girl! I grew up in McLoud, OK, attended UCO, and earned my bachelor’s degree in community health. At UCI, I met my husband of 27 years and we have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful son-in-law. I enjoy gardening, interior design, exercise and I love animals. I try to shine the love of Christ in every thing I do and that’s the reason I love C7. We are a Christian based brokerage and we have a community of encouragement and positivity. We have the best of the best!

I was a navy brat, so I kind of grew up all over the United States, but my family did land in Edmond, Oklahoma, when I was eight years old. That’s why I call Oklahoma home. I am passionate about being a realtor, because I believe that having the opportunity to help someone find their home is one of the most important things you can do. After working alongside a builder for three years, I became a licensed real estate agent. I was born and raised in Elk City, Oklahoma, and moved to Oklahoma City after college. My 18-year oil and gas career included working more than 1,000 asset transactions totaling over $3 billion in value. In 2020, I started an independent insurance agency, assisting clients with home and auto insurance policies. I obtained my real estate license quickly after starting the agency because of my passion for making deals. As part of Collection 7, a group of like-minded realtors, I’m honored to align with a team that shares my commitment to exceptional service. My mission is to serve, deliver more than expected, and lead those within my sphere of influence using Christ as my example. I grew up in a military family and moved several times throughout my childhood. I went to college in Kansas for business, and that’s where I met my husband and now we have two amazing boys. Running my own business has been my dream and I truly love the outcome of helping others buy and sell homes. I love being a part of making their goals happen and watching them begin the next chapter of their life. Collection 7 has been such a great support system. I grew up in Charleston, Arkansas, and moved to Oklahoma in 2018 with my husband. From first time home buyers, to repeat clients and referrals, I truly aim to make lasting relationships with each client. I'm also passionate about helping others through volunteering. I give back to the industry by serving on both our local and state realtor association boards in the role of treasurer, nationally on the Housing Opportunities Committee, as well as in civic and local organizations such as BNI and Junior Hospitality Club. My motto is never stop learning. I continue to put this to practice through completing many real estate certificates, designations, and leadership programs. This helps me to always stay informed of industry changes, providing the best service for each client. After 5 years in the industry, I moved to Collection 7 Realty, and have found that this brokerage is all about collaboration over competition and helping each realtor meet and exceed each individual goal.
