Chris Gutkowski

My real estate journey began in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I was born and raised. My family's move to Oklahoma during my youth opened my eyes to the incredible sense of community here, especially in my high school town of Bethel Acres. I deepened my ties to the state by earning my degree in business with a major in finance from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the value of home, community, and financial wisdom. My passion for real estate is built on a foundation of over 30 years in marketing and sales. I had a pivotal "aha moment” in the early 1990s while working in banking in Florida. I won a 7-state marketing contest by helping clients understand the benefits of new accounts, which taught me the power of effective communication and building trust. That experience solidified my passion for helping people understand the strengths of a product or service. I love that, in real estate, I get to use those skills every day to serve my clients and guide them through one of the most significant transactions of their lives. When I joined the Collection 7 Realty team, I knew I had found a home. This brokerage is a true reflection of its Christian-based principles.
